The metal shop or hotel counter bell has come to represent the concept of service for the last two centuries. We thought it was an apt metaphor for what we do. In the last decade and a half our team have completed over 300 assignments and while many larger consulting firms could regard this as a very 'modest' achievement, we really don't care. Size and volume are unimportant benchmarks to us. Our clients are very special and we treat them as friends as well as customers.
