Fisheries Conservancy Board 
Michael Maguire, Quintus' Managing Partner was appointed to a Working Panel of the Fisheries Conservancy
Board for Northern Ireland to review the allocation of commercial fishing licences in the province.
Evidence was taken from a broad cross section of stakeholder interests and a report was completed that
facilitated the implementation of a new regulatory regime for commercial fishing in Northern Ireland.
